Quodar is an AI-powered construction advice service operated from the United Kingdom. Our website is quodar.co.uk. You can contact us at hello@quodar.co.uk.
Account data: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store your password in plain text.
Usage data: We record which tools you use and how many analyses you run each month. This is used solely to enforce your plan's usage limits.
Report data: The text you enter into our analysis tools and the reports we generate are stored in our database so you can access them from your dashboard. We do not use your report content to train AI models.
Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe may collect additional data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Analytics: We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how people use the site. No personally identifiable information is collected for analytics purposes.
We use your data to: provide the Quodar service, enforce usage limits on your plan, send you transactional emails (account confirmation, payment receipts), and improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Supabase — our database and authentication provider, hosted in the EU.
Anthropic — the AI provider that processes your analysis requests. Your inputs are sent to Anthropic's API. Anthropic's usage policies apply. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train models by default.
Stripe — payment processing. Only relevant if you have a paid plan.
Resend — transactional email delivery.
We do not share your data with any other third parties.
We retain your account data and reports for as long as you have an active account. If you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@quodar.co.uk.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access the data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to processing, and port your data to another service. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@quodar.co.uk.
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is required.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
