Quodar provides AI-generated guidance based on information you supply. Our reports are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional quantity surveying, legal, architectural, structural engineering, or financial advice.
Quodar is not a substitute for qualified professional advice. Before making contractual or financial commitments on construction projects, you should always verify regulatory requirements and seek advice from appropriately qualified professionals.
Quodar's guidance is calibrated for UK construction projects and regulations. It may not be accurate for projects outside the United Kingdom.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or allow others to use your usage allowance.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You may use Quodar for personal and professional construction project advice. You may not: use Quodar to generate content that is misleading, harmful, or unlawful; attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions; reverse engineer, scrape, or copy Quodar's prompts, outputs, or systems; or resell or redistribute Quodar's outputs as your own professional advice.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
Pay-per-report purchases are non-refundable once the analysis has been generated.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to registered users.
Quodar provides guidance to the best of its ability based on the information you supply and current AI capabilities. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any report.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quodar's liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report or subscription period in which the loss arose.
We are not liable for: any financial loss arising from decisions made based on Quodar's reports; any loss that was not foreseeable; or any indirect or consequential loss.
The Quodar name, logo, and product are owned by us. The reports generated for you are yours to use as you see fit, subject to the acceptable use terms above.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to paying subscribers.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
